The Equestrian Planning Consultancy is a trading arm of Eldnar Consultancy (Eldnar Ltd) who won Best Small Planning Consultancy (West Midlands) at the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence in 2022. We have obtained planning permission for all types of equestrian development including change of use of land (to equestrian), new field access points, stable buildings, hay barns and both indoor and outdoor arenas. We have obtained these across multiple Planning Authorities for a variety of private and commercial clients.

As well as supporting you with obtaining planning permission we can also provide other rural consultancy including advice regarding purchase of land, valuation work and advice regarding tenancy agreements for letting of land and buildings through Eldnar Consultancy.
